Nimway can pinpoint voluntary users’ mobile phones inside the building thanks to our positioning beacons. Users that opt-in can benefit from locating colleagues and a wayfinding system for unfamiliar campuses. All user location data is secure and GDPR compliant.

Nimway room panels display the availability of meeting rooms at the office. If the room isn’t in use, the panel will appear green. If occupied, red. On the panel interface, employees can review the room’s availability and easily book the times they need.

Nimway digital floor plans are dynamic layouts that let any person at a workplace—whether regular employees or visitors—orient themselves with ease. See the real-time availability of all workspaces and locate employees that have opted to share location.

The Nimway mobile app and web app are personal assistants at work. Book office access, parking, desks, and meeting rooms from anywhere, at any time. Search for workspaces with specific requirements, and use wayfinding to get there. Add key colleagues as “My Favorites”, or report a problem in the facility. All this is possible, and more.
